Murehan Construction has done two jobs for us in the last 8 years. The first job was a custom made cabinet and counter top for a basement reno and we had no troubles. Last year we asked Robert if he could replace our counter tops in the kitchen and all the bathrooms. Robert definitely knows his stuff but we had many communication difficulties and cancelled installation dates, lost measurements and different stones pieces placed in the wrong places. We have been waiting since March for someone to follow up with a minor repair to a chip on the counter top which was to take minutes to repair. We are frustrated and tired of waiting for the touch up.

It is disappointing to always get a negative review.
Like any business no one is perfect nor is any customer for that matter.
We did miss a digit on the measurement and took the correct approach to go back and confirm it.our staff also were turned away at the door one evening also for a another issue which was resin on ( the underside) of the granite slab.
We did warn of the granite chosen being difficult to avoid chips given that it is a brushed finish on an exotic stone.
We fixed all chips at time of install.
We offered free plumbing , supplied all bathroom sinks at no charge and also all the backsplash for each counter at no charge. This serviced exceed $750 of value.
I did do site check 7 months later to view a chip that was not there after install was completed, like any business we would charge a service fee for a regular call out. In conversation we simply offered this service at no charge if we could line it up with another job in the area in the coming months.
We called in July without a response as Our crew was in river-bend that week, We received one call back the same week this was posted.
If you have resolved this matter of repair of minute chip we are more than happy to etransfer $175 to you for the reimbursement of any fee paid for service by a professional company to do so.
We stand by our work as have we always and do learn from experiences to better our services and workmanship.
