Stratas Design Build

We had Stratas Design take down a load bearing wall to create an open concept on the main floor. After getting three quotes, Andy seemed to be the only one who came with creative ideas, enthusiasm for details and an energy level which was contagious. Andy and his team were professional and a pleasure to work with. They delivered on quality within their promised timeframe and kept us informed and motivated on a daily basis of the work being down. After seeing the work Andy and his team delivered and within our budget, our only regret was not doing the renovation years ago.
