We were introduced to Tom a couple of years ago when we had a massive plumbing issue at the townhouse we live in which needed repair and renovation. As homeowners who are always worried about what surprises a repair & renovations project might entail, especially the cost and the quality of work, we were a little scared at the beginning. However, we were pleasantly surprised. Tom and crew gave us the assurance that they would do their best to deliver the project as per our needs on or before time. We have never been so happy in the past - a substantial repair and renovation project completed BEFORE time and that too with such finesse, WOW! Since then, we have had Tom do quite some work for our home such as replacement of the front stairs, front door and sidings - we have never been disappointed by them. What makes Tom special is his incredible patience to deal with client needs to satisfy them. We have promised to get all our work done in the future by Tom and crew!
