Rick is a professional through and through. He was flexible with timing, and accommodated the fact that we had to change the date of the inspection at the last minute. He arrived on time for the house inspection, and was very through in his examination. He used a thermal scanner and moisture detector which is a great benefit. He was very knowledgeable and personable, and all questions were answered with detail and practicality. The actual report itself was very organized, and sent to me electronically in less than 24 hours which was great.
