We hired Windows by installer (wbi) after some very disappointing interviews with other companies. Vadim was very professional and patient when it came to helping us sort out our window needs. He was one of the few we interviewed that actually ask us for the business. We changed 12 windows in our 16 year old home. We were experiencing significant dry rot in the existing largest window which required replacement.
Borys is the foreman on the instal side and the man and his crew were literally artists! Very clean removal of existing windows and systematic and clean install of the new product. They look really good and have changed the look of our home. As the windows were made for the openings vs the blinds, we have several new window coverings to purchase. Many of the blinds were only 6 months old. That said, the level of insulation that was put into the new windows was great. Downside is that it renders the actual windows smaller than the old so new blinds are in order.
I have called Vadim back to size two more windows and look at one that seems a bit tight in the casement mechanism. Vadim was very responsive on my call back to him and were are to meet again in June.
So far very pleased with the quality of the window products, workmanship and price. Great folks to deal with.
