Paul started out all friendly and professional, but as time went on he became belligerent and nasty, and pressured for more money. His workmanship deteriorated similarly as he would leave gaping holes, put in boards without nailing, leave deep scratch marks on new boards, put in nosing that would not meet even minimal code, . and just generally left terrible, mismatched flooring.

Finally, after insisting on full payment, he left huge amounts of the project unfinished and disappeared, never answering calls or emails. We had to pay someone else to come in and spend hours fixing up the mess he left. Avoid Presidential Hardwood and Paul.
