We were looking for a company to replace our water softener and add a new RO system. There are a lot of big companies in town, but we wanted to work with a smaller scale service that is trustworthy and honest (e.g., does not engage in upselling). I am very glad to have found Purisoft. Mike is the owner, and he spent at least 45 minutes on the phone with me discussing our particular water situation and explaining their available options. He then visited our home to assess the situation and spend another hour explaining everything in detail. The installation was quick, clean and professional. Lisa, who deals with scheduling and invoices, was quick to reach. This is exactly the kind of experiences I was looking for, that I don't think you can easily get elsewhere. I highly recommend Purisoft to anyone who's looking for a water solution.
