Lawn Maintenance review in

Be careful with Peter. He took advantage of my trust and applied spray foam that is thinner than it is supposed too.
I asked him to come back and fix the shortfall and he said he would only do it for more money because he believes he met the contract and the building code. Both of which are not true.
So some advice.
1 Make sure you understand how thick the foam is supposed to be to meet the building code and for your contract with him
2. Make sure you test several areas of his foam thickness before you pay Peter in full to make sure the correct amount of foam is applied.
The worse part is I overpaid him by several thousand dollars vs another spray foam guy because Peter was recommended to me.
