We just recently purchased theClub7 home spa and we couldn't be happier. The product is high quality and delivery guys were great! Igor Goldschmidt was an outstanding sales rep. He was great to deal with and even drove to the house to fix an issue. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend Igor and Save on Spas!

Purchase and delivery of the spa we purchased at the home show was easy. Set up was arranged by a separate company which went well.

The hot tub is awesome. We have enjoyed many times relaxing and therapy sessions with the tub. My wife and I are very satisfied with the purchase.

Purchased at the Toronto Home Show. Awesome price for the features we got. Runs well. No complaints.

We have total night mare with our purchase (paid 30K and all you get is hassle). I wish I had nothing with them to get some peace of mind.
If you are interested in Swim Spa or Spa please DO not deposit anything until you visit another spa/swim spa store and do your homework.
Misleading: they are claiming they are the manufacturer (Dynasty Spa) and I am dealing directly with manufacturer not dealer.
I saw them in Toronto Sportman show - I trusted the show – how can I think there is misleading in it? At the show, all the display I saw was Dynasty Spa brand - until I got their business card after deposit - I saw the business card mention Save on Spa - I did not understand what Save on Spa is? I thought I am dealing Dynasty Company?
They give our personal finance information to third party without our consent.
It is very hard to get hold of them after I paid money.

I had a hot tub for about 14 years and was wanting to purchase a newer hot tub. I went to the Boat Show in Toronto about 3 years and ended up purchasing a new hot tub/spa. I did have a few minor problems with it but you dealt with it in a very timely matter. I am very happy with my new hot tub/spa. The only complaint I would have is it took a while to get the remote replaced. I had trouble getting the remote to work and when I called to say it wasn’t working a gentleman talked me through how to sink the remote with the radio. I was very pleased.
