An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I had a hot tub for about 14 years and was wanting to purchase a newer hot tub. I went to the Boat Show in Toronto about 3 years and ended up purchasing a new hot tub/spa. I did have a few minor problems with it but you dealt with it in a very timely matter. I am very happy with my new hot tub/spa. The only complaint I would have is it took a while to get the remote replaced. I had trouble getting the remote to work and when I called to say it wasn’t working a gentleman talked me through how to sink the remote with the radio. I was very pleased.
