I needed a recording studio built in my basement so that I can record voice over work from home. Soon after Dean started working on the plans I had approved, I changed my mind about the size of the room I needed. He showed no frustration and just went with it. Dean worked patiently with me to ensure that the space was the right size, functional and comfortable. He made suggestions that were smart and helpful. He added details to ensure the studio will be stable and working well for years to come. He even built me a custom desk inside the studio and made sure it was the right size and height for me. Dean worked very hard, was efficient, showed up when he said he would, and cleaned up after himself. Dean is very conscientious about his workmanship and it shows in his finished products. Dean's positive and friendly personality makes every project fun and takes away the stress that often accompanies a renovation. I will hire Dean and Lambeth Home Maintenance to do my future projects and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

After moving into a lovely old house, many issues needed attention. I found Dean here on Home Stars, and he is indeed terrific. He came over and thoughtfully made suggestions, and suggested a few colleagues to help with electric and downspouts. A few weeks later he spent three solid days at our house: a new door and door frame in the basement, with an inventive stair solution that looks great. Many drywall patches, with multiple coats of primer and paint. New exterior venting for a range hood. And a couple of other items. My daughter (age 3) loves him, which basically says it all-- Dean treats all of us, and our house, very respectfully. The work was terrific and the price was very reasonable for the time spent. Also Dean responds to emails promptly and comes when he says he will. Highly recommended.

Renovating can be stressful unless you have Lambeth Home Maintenance taking care of things. Dean's confidence and friendly attitude was contagious keeping us upbeat and focused on the light at the end of the tunnel which got us through our kitchen reno virtually stress free! His creative ideas, craftsmanship and ability to accommodate had us adding even more to his original work order. We are thrilled to say the least with the results!

My basement was ruined by a broken water heater. Dean worked with me to use the situation to incorporate the changes I wanted to make to my basement. He made several great recommendations that I would not have thought of and that I am happy we made. He was able to work within the restrictions of the insurance company and still give me what I wanted. Dean and his crew (two Kevin's) did a fabulous job! They laid down new flooring (that Dean's wife, Laura, found for me), painted the walls and baseboards, constructed a new wall with a door to make a new storage room and put up crown holding and storage shelving. They were punctual, willing to work around my schedule, efficient and always cleaned up after themselves. The job took the time they said it would. I was extremely happy with the work that was done and the finished product! I would recommend this company to everyone and would definitely hire Lambeth Home Maintenance again!

Dean and crew did exceptional work. Every one on the Maintenance Team was caring, cooperative and professional: Punctual, friendly, courteous, trustworthy and showing real passion for, and pride in, quality work.
They were well organized and knowledgeable! And they always worked together to keep the work site clean and to ensure each step along the way was done right and safely.
Yet, they are efficient. I was surprised how little time it took them to do the whole house and follow up has been great!

I used Lambeth Home Maintenance for the first time after the recomendation from a friend. Dean came out and hung new light fixtures, in my dining room, entry way, and main bath. They look beautiful! I am a senior and cannot do the lifting and work myself. I am happy that I took the suggestion to use Dean. I have used Lambeth Home Maintenance for various jobs for almost three years. I first used the company when preparing to put my home up for sale. Dean painted the house, did a bathroom mini-reno, hung a new light fixture, built a window sill and completed various fixes to make my home as desirable as possible.

It's always amazing when the end product of a project is better than you even expected. That's what we got 2 summers ago when we had Dean from Lambeth Home Maintnenance create and build our fantastic pool and storage shed with cabanna bar. The end result was better than what we had initially imagined. The detail and perfectionism in the work was awesome and we couldn't be happier. The work Dean did on the rest of the house was also terrific - he put in a bigger new front window and designed the outside to have a modern, uniqe look. Dean has the ability to see how things could be done to make them look perfect! The siding, roof work and facia and soffits were also excellent - and he fixed problems that had been there before so that we could be assured the new roof and overhang were better than what we started out with. Dean goes above and beyond and the results are absolute excellence. We continue to have him work on any house projects we come up with because we trust him explicitly, his prices are great and his work is fantastic.
