I needed a recording studio built in my basement so that I can record voice over work from home. Soon after Dean started working on the plans I had approved, I changed my mind about the size of the room I needed. He showed no frustration and just went with it. Dean worked patiently with me to ensure that the space was the right size, functional and comfortable. He made suggestions that were smart and helpful. He added details to ensure the studio will be stable and working well for years to come. He even built me a custom desk inside the studio and made sure it was the right size and height for me. Dean worked very hard, was efficient, showed up when he said he would, and cleaned up after himself. Dean is very conscientious about his workmanship and it shows in his finished products. My basement was ruined by a broken water heater. Dean worked with me to use the situation to incorporate the changes I wanted to make to my basement. He made several great recommendations that I would not have thought of and that I am happy we made. He was able to work within the restrictions of the insurance company and still give me what I wanted. Dean and his crew (two Kevin's) did a fabulous job! They laid down new flooring (that Dean's wife, Laura, found for me), painted the walls and baseboards, constructed a new wall with a door to make a new storage room and put up crown holding and storage shelving. They were punctual, willing to work around my schedule, efficient and always cleaned up after themselves. The job took the time they said it would. I was extremely happy with the work that was done and the finished product! I would recommend this company to everyone and would definitely hire Lambeth Home Maintenance again!

I have used Lambeth Home Maintenance for various jobs for almost three years. I first used the company when preparing to put my home up for sale. Dean painted the house, did a bathroom mini-reno, hung a new light fixture, built a window sill and completed various fixes to make my home as desirable as possible.
