I just moved into a new house and had not bought a electric garage door opener for over 15 years. I was not really up to date on the new technology, features and benefits. Greg from Alpha door was very helpful and informative to explain these features and benefits, not pushy and very organized. The installation was very neat and tidy and the training on set up and operation made it very easy to understand. I am very impressed and will recommend Alpha Door to all of my friends and family. The installation and product are first class.

Our garage door broke on Mother's Day. After leaving a message that Sunday, I was surprised to have my call returned within an hour. The repair was completed first thing Monday . Greg drilled out the manual lock provided keys for the new and made certain that the remotes all worked. There was no mess and everything was thoroughly explained.

The door was a custom size and custom installation because of low headroom. Greg was able to accomplish this .

It was a cold winter night in December 2007, our garage door broke. A friend referred us to Alpha One Door Systems, we called them and Greg showed up soon after the call. The problem was that our Garage Door Opener broke and one of the reasons was that the door guides were not properly aligned. Greg offered us several options and adjusted the guides before replacing the garage door opener.
He was very professional and answered all our questions.
We haven't had any problem with the door since.
