It was a cold winter night in December 2007, our garage door broke. A friend referred us to Alpha One Door Systems, we called them and Greg showed up soon after the call. The problem was that our Garage Door Opener broke and one of the reasons was that the door guides were not properly aligned. Greg offered us several options and adjusted the guides before replacing the garage door opener. He was very professional and answered all our questions. We haven't had any problem with the door since. Great service, very good product, Very rapid response
