LG Washer banging on spin cycle

I went to Home Stars and got an immediate referral to New Tech Appliance Repair.
Amir and his co workers came within a couple of hours. The checked out the washer and quickly determined the problem was an unhooked shock absorber. They confirmed that the springs were in good shape and there was no damage to the main bearing.
They tested the spin cycle and there was no more banging all done in about 1/2 hour for a fair price.
