All Weather Furnace Cleaning

Purchased furnace cleaning in November 2017 through Groupon. Spent several days of attempting to contact All Furnace to book the cleaning, but no one would ever answer the phone and their mailbox was always full. Finally get someone to answer the phone days later, and their first availability is February 2018. Reluctantly agree to this as I have no other options. So months go by, and my scheduled cleaning day finally arrives. An hour before they should arrive, I receive a phone call informing me they will not be coming as they are behind schedule do to the weather. I tell them that is unacceptable as I've already waited months for their service and I wanted the furnace cleaned during the winter, when it's actually used. Their representative proceeds to tell me it's fine, and that it doesn't matter when the furnace is cleaned, as long as it's cleaned. They then say they will call me later in the day to reschedule, as they need to work a few things out yet. Two days have went by, I have received no call back and can't get ahold of anyone as they don't answer the phone, and their mailbox is again, full.

What an absolute joke of a company. Steer clear if you care anything about customer service and actually having the work completed anytime close to when you purchase it. If you just want the cheapest, don't care about customer service and don't need it for half a year this might be your company.

And one last thing, what type of company, in Edmonton, isn't prepared to have their equipment work efficiently through the winter at -20 temperatures. That was the excuse they gave me for being behind.
