As my husband and I were searching for a moving company, we started getting discouraged by the price that it would be move to Kinmount, ON, just when I was about to give up my daughter called to tell me that she had been speaking with a lovely lady named Sofia from Troy Moving in Scarborough.
Sofia understood our concern about the cost and offered to send someone to our home to give a real quote, a lovely gentleman named John visited our home in Surrey to give us an estimation, not only was the estimation HALF of the other companies, but the price for packing so reasonable that we were able to have them pack AND move us for the same cost as just the move through the "big guys"!!
Sofia took the time to speak with us and walk us through the whole process, she was even able to arrange to have some of the furniture delivered to my grandchildren in Medicine Hat and Montreal.
The incredible patience that was shown throughout the move was more than anyone could ask for, in an age of emails and recorded messages it was great to be able to actually SPEAK with someone when you call.
The office was great, the packers were great and the delivery crew was amazing!
