this was my first time using self storage. I was very satisfied with the service. I paid about $60 a month. The process was very easy to rent a storage facility. We felt our valuables were kept safe and secure. We didn't have any issues with the service or the facility. I would recommend them. The prices were quite reasonable, considering they kept our valuables safe and secure.

they were great. Overall, I had a good experience. They were able to hold a tuck for us without a credit car. When we went to pick it up, we noticed that the gas was practically empty. We had to pay for the gas on top of the rental fee. It was a hassle to have to get the gas and also they didn't reimburse us for the cost of the gas.

i had a really good experience with uhaul. We had to travel 2500 miles and the staff were really helpful. They helped us hook the trailer onto the car. The price was quite reasonable and the price included a storage unit. I am very happy with the rental and we didn't have any issues. We would use them again.

We went into uhaul to rent a truck. The staff there were friendly. And the whole process is very easy. The rental price includes the rental, with a set mileage amount. If you go over that amount, you can pay for your own gas. I was satisfied with the truck. I didn't have any problems.

The truck that we rented had bald (no tread) tires in the middle of winter. We barely got it in front of our house. And it got stuck backing up into our driveway. After 6hrs on the phone with the company, they didn't resolve the issue. They said it was our fault, which it wasn't. Finally, we got the truck unstuck and brought it back to the company, but never got to use the truck. And we still paid full price for it!! After filing a formal complaint, we were directed to submit another complaint. I am not happy with this company. I am fed up and very frustrated!
