It's been almost couple of months from when I left a very bad review about the company. I had a lost baggage and some damaged goods, and a very terrible customer service. However, they went out of their way to ensure the quality of their service is not jeopardized. They found my bag, send me a check for my loss, and send me a letter taking ownership for what happened. So, they definitely handled the situation very well.

$5,000.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?

I used Trans Canada movers, and a month later, I'm still paying the price. They were extremely nice before I paid them in full. some items were damaged and couple of items were missing. So, I collected the documents as they advise me and send them an email (and another two follow-ups). They never got back to me. I called the number I had from them in Vancouver, the sales agent say that it's not their business and if I can't get a hold of my belonging is my problem and they are not liable. This is outrageous! and made me write this review given that I had never written any reviews for anything anywhere. If you're thinking about hiring them, you should know that you might not even receive your stuff and that no one will take responsibility for them.
