Joe renovated our rec room, tiled the hallway outside it and updated the powder room. He did it mostly by himself, since two members of his crew were unexpectedly unavailable. Joe worked very hard to complete the job on time, as promised. Now we have a bright and warm room - thanks Joe! We look forward to having more work done by you next year.

We hired Joe to install a hardwood floor in livingroom,diningroom and hallway. The job went very smoothly. It was started on time and finished when he said it would be with minimal upset to our daily lives. He explained what work would happen on a daily basis and was more than happy to answer any questions we had. All work was performed with care not to damage the rest of the house. He and his crew cleaned up at the end of every day and took the garbage with them. The quality of work was top level. All mitre cuts were perfect. Joe pays great attention to detail and has a great work ethic. I found him to be very honest, knowledgable, and a great guy to work with. Call him, you will be very happy that you did.

Joe made good suggestions and provided a fair quote in writing. Full insurance gave us peace of mind. The work was started and completed on schedule. Joe made an effort to contain dust within the work area, and the work area was left tidy and safe at the end of each work day. This was much appreciated because we have 3 small children. The finished work was good quality. Joe was a pleasure to work with, and we would highly recommend him.

I was extremely fortunate to get in contact with Joe Grguric Contracting a couple of weeks into my renovation. My uncle was actually supposed to be my general contractor but had to fly back to Europe due to a family emergency, just after my demolition of my first floor was completed. Joe was highly recommended to me by a relative who had a complete renovation done by J. Grguric Contracting. After our first meeting i was extremely motivated to get Joe on my site and completing the work. the more i spoke and interacted with Joe and his crew, the more i felt comfortable with them taking on more and more work for me. I found out that Joe has an Engineering Degree and it definitely benefitted my job, as Joe was a natural problem solver and idea generator. Joe started work on my mainfloor, by first removing a main supporting wall. He then helped me get access to a structural engineer who helped us design a 27 foot beam that would replace the load bearing wall. Joe was extremely meticulous with all his designs and measurements and i definitely reaped the rewards with quality work being done. After Joe and his crew installed the new beam, I asked if Joe could help out with framing out my mainfloor and installing and extremely large 11 foot window. Joe did not even hesitate to accept the task and quoted out the work with accuracy. Any potential overages were discussed prior to any work being done and agreed toby the both us. I could immediately tell, that after the awesome work he had already completed, that I needed Joe to get me to the finish line. This is where Joe's strong General Contracting skills came into play. Joe was able to secure sub trades for me where ever needed and took on the rest of my job which included: *Full Framing and Insulation *Structure/framing/install on 11 foot kitchen window *Full Drywalling/taping and sanding on the entire mainfloor *Subfloor installation *Installation of all hardwood on the mainfloor *Secured a HVAC sub to help install my gas fireplace and appliances *Framed out my custom fireplace with a niche for a 50" plasma *Procured/painted and installed all the trim on the mainfloor *Primed the entire mainfloor on my home *Prepped and installed Quartz Countertops And the list goes on and on and on. J. Grguric was definitely a god send for my project and the pictures speak for themselves. I highly recommend joe and his crew to help you deliver your dreams, as he did ours. Thanks Joe!
