I hired John to do some home maintenance repairs and he completed them expertly and in a timely manner. He didn't mind when I texted him and added a few extra items to the list - LOL. He repaired a pocket door and a bi-fold closet door and installed closet shelving. He caulked a shower, repaired a landing with wood putty and varnish and replaced two registers. Lastly, he repaired and tightened my banister spindles and painstakingly painted them. He takes pride in his work, is honest, cleans up his work area and he's a VERY nice guy! His work is only outshined by his gracious manner and sense of humour. I would not hesitate to hire John again.
