Two years ago we purchased from Boonstra. We were told we would get a Canada Greener Homes Grant for approximately 20% of the purchase price with no work required by us. Boonstra handed off the grant administration to a third party consultant to apply and he mismanaged it completely! After 18 months of frustration we have just learned that our application will be cancelled in 30 days under this program because of the consultant and Boonstra's lack of interest in our application. When Boonstra states no hassles and just right it actually means no rebate.
