Do not go with this company if you think there's a possibility of an issue happening. Last year they installed my Furnace, Water Heater and AC incorrectly. Because of this my utilities bills were about $400 more then it should be. Unfortunately this company is all lip service and don't like replying back to you. Been dealing with their customer support since January and they apparently don't even have a paper trail so then its a continuous thing of starting at square one. Best to just save yourself the headache and go with someone who will do the job right and at the very least willing to step up and go the extra mile when they make a mistake. Also a lot of ghosting involved. Can go over a month without responding and even then I had to call and email multiple times for them to reply.
It should be noted they the people who came into my house to were very professional and kind but it's just the customer service team that are just unacceptably poor.
The pic I'm sending with this is from them after I sent an email to the new person who is "helping" me and after a week of no updates her email is no longer available....
Sorry if this doesn't flow right. Just tired of all of this and don't want others dealing with this too.
TLDR: Cannot not recommended this company. Their customer service is so terrible that it negates any quality people that may work there.
