Can not fix my fridge after 4 service calls
Good Afternoon Mandy, thank you for providing your reference number so that I could pull up your file. We are sorry for your frustration surrounding the appliance, however as you know we are the servicer we are not the manufacturer of the appliance. As you know by your phone calls with our agents, we sent a request for a unit exchange for the appliance, we also gave you the file number to follow up with the manufacturer. While I can imagine how frustrating it can be and we are sorry for that, we have been instructed by the manufacturer to give you that file number that was given to us so you can follow up with them as they would be responsible in getting a new fridge to you through your dealer not through us. All of our reports are updated and sent to them, if you need your file number again please fell free to email us at service@eliteappliance.ca
