Good Afternoon, as per our discussion over the phone we provided you with a quote. You did not want to move forward with that quote as you wanted to purchase a new fridge. The diagnostic was not incorrect at all, and we advised we process the refund of your part because you didn’t wish to move further however you already contacted the credit card company for the charge back.
