Elite Appliance Service – Toronto

We have 2008 GE combination microwave / convection oven that had a faulty switch in the door, such that it was turning on even when the door was open! I called Elite and they set up an appointment within 2 days for a technician to come. Alex was EXCELLENT. He arrived early (20 minutes), was very polite, friendly, careful, clean and considerate of our space. I could tell that he took care with the machine so as not to damage it or inadvertently cause additional problems (such as broken plastic tabs, etc.). He also made a point of contacting his supervisor to ensure that his assessment was correct and that nothing had been missed. He did a good job of communicating what the assessment indicated, what the options for repairing it were, and how the fees, warranty, etc., worked. He was also quite fast and efficient, only requiring about 45 minutes to assess and complete the repair. We received excellent service.
