We met with 5 companies that sell and install residential water treatment systems. What sold us on going with Moe Rayyes rather than his competitors is his commitment to customer service. We have not been disappointed. The day after installation, we had a slight leak in one of the lines. He responded immediately and sent a service tech to fix the problem. We had our kitchen renovated, which meant that the new R/O system had to be removed. Moe responded to our request to reinstall the R/O. His service tech is excellent. While this is our first experience with water softener, iron/sulphur filter, R/O and UV light, we have been extremely pleased with the way the equipment works.

We would have given 10. The only slight negative was that we appreciate punctuality. If you say you will be at the house at a certain time, you ensure that you are or you phone and explain why you won't be.
