Vinyl Pro Canada

Initially we were very excited to have Vinyl Pro install roughly 15 new windows and 3 new doors in our home. Arthur was an excellent salesman and showed their product very well. After researching a few companies we decided to go with Vinyl Pro because they had such good reviews, especially on this website. After our experience with them I am extremely confused and find it hard to believe that the company we dealt with is even the one that corresponds to these reviews. We were told our windows and doors would arrive and be fully installed in 8-10 weeks. The windows arrived on time, but were told the doors would be in the following week. And then the following week. And then 2 weeks later. In all the doors ended up being installed around week 14-15, holding up the siding contractors that were waiting for the doors to be installed. The product we received we are very happy with, however the installers and company in general is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. There were many times when I made phone calls that were unreturned for days and my questions about the arrival of our doors went unanswered. However, when I sent an email requesting someone contact me back with some sort of response and threatened to file a complaint with the BBB I got an immediate response, even though it was a weekend. As far as working in our home, the installers tracked mud on our carpet and other floors on 2 separate occasions even after we asked that they lay down drop cloths to walk on. One of the installers also broke on of our kitchen chairs and instead of showing it to us and apologizing, he put the broken half of the leg back under the chair as if nothing had happened and left it for somebody else to sit on and crack their head open. At this point we had so many problems with the installing team that we confronted them, and they chose to deny they had done anything. Overall, I would absolutely never recommend this company to anyone. Other than having a good product, the company is terrible.
