James responded quickly to my email. The piano had to be moved out from the second floor of a house to the ground floor of another house. James and his team showed up when they said they would. They put down runners to protect the floor and carpets. The actual moving of the piano went smoothly and quickly, end to end. James and the other men were pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this company.
