The problem with our furnace started some months ago when it was leaking, we dealt with airstream which was absolutely terrible. (If you would like to see the review I have written on them it's also on this site) We called them three times, had a man show up twice to fix it until I eventually propped up the hose that is outside of the furnace so it would drain better. This fixed the problem for a few months, no wet carpet.
Then we lost heat.
Finally, a friend of a friend referred us to Sean Thurbide, and "State Climate Control". Sean showed up the NEXT MORNING that we called. He figured out that leaves had gotten into the system and blocked water from draining, the furnace stopped heating because it was filled with water. He took us outside and showed us the pipe that attaches to the furnace, explained how it worked and pointed out the bush with the small leaves growing/dieing above it.
Not only was he friendly, he showed us how everything worked and even how to fix the problem if it should come up again. He actually looked at all of the symptoms and figured out possible solutions before jumping to the wrong conclusion which is what I'm sure other businesses would do. We told him how much we have put up with airstream and how long we've had a broken furnace. He was very polite and professional, he never said a bad thing about the other company we had dealt with, just said how he would have done things differently. He asked if we could refer him and write a good review instead of payment. Very nice person, fantastic service, I learned a lot today and you’d be silly not to consider him your first choice!
