I have been researching companies and alarm equipment for over a year and then saw Skywire on Homestars.com. They had great reviews and a very good web site so I called them up. A meeting was set up within days and Paul attended. He answered all of my questions. An installation date was set shortly thereafter. On the install date, Paul and his crew, Chris and Phil, attended on time and within half a day the job was complete. His crew did a great job as they cleaned up after themselves and even set up the cameras on all the TV's in the house for viewing. After the install, Paul patiently went through how to operate all the equipment. He even set up our smart phones and Ipods with the appropriate app to monitor our cameras when we're not home. Skywire was a pleasure to work with as they are professional from the get go. I am also very impressed with the quality of the equipment they used. Everything is working great. Recently, i had called some people from Skywire. I needed to install some CCTV'S in my office. They quoted me about $400 for the project. But i had a long discussion and got it down to about $320. The service was really good. Also, the people were very nice.

Paul was excellent in explaning to me and helping me understand where i need cameras around my property and how many and all the lightnings around. The guys who installed it were professional and polite. The cost was very good.

Skywire was the 4th company we sourced through Homestars and every one of them have been first rate. Paul took the time to answer, in detail, our questions about his systems vs the systems for sale at, say, Tigerdirect. He pointed out the differences between commercial grade hardware vs. what was sold to consumers. The pricing on the site is the pricing we got--it was all good quality and the install was beautiful (not a wire to be seen). Here's a tip: when you're looking for good companies, there usually the ones that list their prices up front. When we got our furnace from Cozy World, Boris' site was very transparent with pricing. Skywire was the same.

I contacted Skywire because of their high rating on HomeStars. Luckily, I was not disappointed with the quality of service they provided. The worker arrived on time and was very diligent in making sure the job was done right. After installation he took time to make sure we knew how to use the system.He was polite, patient, and knowledgeable.

We were very happy with the service that Skywire Security offered. The crew was very professional, punctual, and extremely helpful. They were able to do the work immediately and took the time to make sure the equipment was working properly. Once installed, they made sure that we understood how the system operated and make themselves available to answer any of our questions. I called Skywire based on their Homestars ratings and informative website (which is fully transparent with respect to system costs and monthly charges). The sales rep was great, and helped me identify my needs quickly. No attempt at upselling me. Installation: Paul and his colleague were amazing: professional, courteous, prompt, super-fast (in and out in under an hour) and the system they installed is rock-solid. Highly, highly recommended.

I have been looking for a security system and called a few companies for information - many of them called me repeatedly to get the sale, it was annoying. I decided to check Homestars for references. Skywire had great reviews so I called and spoke with Paul. He explained my options and costs, in a no-pressure conversation that made me feel comfortable with the products and services Skywire had available. Today, the alarm system and video monitoring were installed. Paul and his colleague worked efficiently to install the system in my tiny, old bungalow (with plaster walls) and to make the system work according to my needs. Paul patiently explained how to use the system and DVR. I like the fact that Skywire is my contact for questions or future system additions - I like the no pressure approach and the easy and thoughtful demeanor of the team. I would recommend Skywire to anyone looking for honest input on alarm needs and helpful, smart service and support.

Let me start saying, too bad I can't give this company rating higher than 10 out of 10, because they were that good. Our 24 yrs old alarm system basically died recently and needed repair or replacement and also adding some extra coverage (we wanted to secure additional 4 windows and add 2 motion sensors, extra wireless keyfobs, have ability to control the system from internet browser and handheld devices etc.). On top of that, we were already considering adding monitoring and wanted to choose the reputable company we could rely on with this task. I don't write lots of reviews and I rarely end up having my expectations exceeded, but I love to write one when someone does exceed them and Paul and Chris did just that: - from the very begining with the rough estimate over the phone, - visit to firm it up, - providing the formal quote, - revising it per my additional requests when comparing it with other companies' quotes I got in the process and once we knew better what we wanted, - handling though questions from me to narrow down professional installers from the ones who are more after just getting the money from you, - the actual installation scheduling and execution, - quality of work done and finally doing extra things to make sure their customer was completely satisfied. All these steps went smooth and in a very professional manner and Paul and his company left strong impression to us that we were dealing with the company who cares about their reputation as a trustworthy and reliable and their customers being comfortable with them. I never felt pressured into the deal, or that additional requests I had, were used to bump up the cost of the installation with Paul, but he was always available when I needed input from him and once it became clear to me that they were clear leading choice, he and his company moved swiftly, found the spot to fit our installation in and did it quickly and as planned. When the work started, we discovered additional items that weren't originally planned and quoted, or included in the free oper part of the quote, but with an old system, were needed (when my old hardwood floor was removed some time ago, the contractors pulled the wire and disconnected one of the patio door contacts, so new setup was needed) - Chris came up with couple of options, but wasn't happy until he found the way to put in the new contacts reusing the old wiring, so we don't need to spend extra for wireless contacts and in the way they would still be esthetically nice. On top of that, some of this additional work they ended up not charging me for and even found the way to save us even more money by not having to use some of the originally quoted components, once they realized on site that was possible! When they finished the work, I ended up paying less than originally planned (and less than what I was quoted elsewhere), but getting better system than I originally was thinking of going with and all the work was done with great care and quality, whith the whole process ending up being done lightning fast. And not to miss to mention that their monthly monitoring cost is less than most of other companies using the same monitoring company. I just don't have enough words to adequarly praise Skywire, Paul and Chris for the fantastic job done and would give the highest recommendation to anyone for Skywire Security.

Anyone looking for home security and/or surveillance, look no further. Skywire Security installed exterior cameras in my home and I am extremely satisfied with their work. They ran wires and cables neatly throughout my home (interior and exterior). I was afraid that the cameras would be an eye sour; but the positioning they suggested was perfect and very conspicuous. Even after the work was done, any questions i had were immediately answered. I would definately suggest Skywire Security and Surveillance to anyone looking for home security. Thanks Paul.
