I came home from vacation to find no water pressure at home because water main pipe was leaking outside of my home and it was installed incorrectly by my first plumber from another company. Master Drain & Water Works came in next day as promised, did the job as promised, installed new main correctly by going lower below foundation and what was impressive was it was all done in one day and all done in super clean way that old school plumbers dont care to do. Everything was protected inside my bsmnt from dust for digging and when they left I had no job of any kind/construction cleaning to do - Because it was all done professionally and as clean as it is possible on such a big job. Great service that did not leave me with extra jobs to do around the house.

Thinking of hot water tank from reliance? Think again! I paid $500/year for last 6 years to have rinnai tankless water heater rented so that if it breaks - the company will show up and fix it. today is 4 days and I do not have hot water yet. I took 3rd day off today out of 4 waiting and sitting like a prisoner in my own home unable to leave and they were going to be here at 10 am - no show - no call either - when I call they say they will be here in afternoon. 2 days ago it was exactly the same story - I waited at home all day and clearly I was last priority not first. Want same experience when things break? go with Reliance.

I needed a cleaning job short notice and done fast - major spring cleaning on saturday morning with days notice - and Alex came through as promised - showed up on time, and in 3 hours did whole day of cleaning with a crew of 3. (9hrs in 3 hrs) House was like new, great job!

I am glad to see that others find here Maple good too! I had a great experience when building my Mississauga home. My builder had used another company for years but when we came across Maple by chance together we both highly recommend Maple now due to their customer service and prices and quality. 1 year later my garage doors still work well and enhance my home beautifully and it cost exactly as promised, great value by the way, and there were no delays to my construction. Best of all: when decorative hardware started to rust, I sent a quick email mentioning it and Maple sent someone within couple days and they changed it, even though they said there is no warranty by manufacturer on that hardware. This means Maple went out of their way to make it right, and the best way to know if company rocks is not when everything is going well but how a company handles a complaint or mini complaint - in case of my mini complaint they did outstanding job making it right, and anyone that hires them would be super lucky to have them.

We were so LUCKY to hire Ron and his team to expand our home from 1400 to 2800 sq ft. We hired him because he already build a brand new home for a friend of ours and heard of a great experience. We also watched many people build homes after us with other builders and having not so great experiences. Ron is fantastic, professional, cool-headed builder that we truly enjoyed having on our team and he was on our side at all times, even when we didn't realize we were taking up way too much of his time! Very trustworthy company, every trade we used was great experience, house built fast and result phenomenal. Highly recommended!

best deal in Toronto, came right on time and did exactly the work I needed. I would not hesitate to referee them to family and friends. Go with this moving assistance on a budget and you wont be sorry. (I hired them as extra moving hands for few hours and not full service move, for a quick move on the budget, worth every penny when you want extra help moving self)

I hired Skywire Paul due to reviews here and I was sure happy I did! These guys came on time, had very clear and impressive website and even quality of quote and information within it was very informative and professional. They make the job of alarms, cameras, rough in wiring, video door bells etc, all easy to comprehend and use. Awesome team. Work was great too. VERY competitive prices and these guys just look like they care - and that's rare these days! A+

This review is actually worth 30 stars! Because I decided to hire Dino's for all 3 moves I needed to do over the past year. I hired Dinos 10 years ago - and when I needed a mover again now, I called them first. Mani and his crew were 10+, every single time, I highly recommend them based on my 3 family moves in 2013 with Dinos! On time, no damage, cost as agreed, great service and packing effort. A+

I was lucky to get Orest recommended by another neighbour and I saw his new home inside. I also checked out many other homes Orest designed before signing up for mine. Rates were very reasonable, Orest was very patient about our little details and we felt like we can talk to him and didnt feel like we are bothering him. His design fo our additions came out beautiful and we are nearly done outside (just needs finishing brick and stucco) and highly recommend him based on our experience.

Boy, these guys rock. I was lucky to find them for my house build through my general contractor managing my house project. Frank and his father came witha crew and worked lightning fast, house grew in front of our eyes so to speak and speed surprised many neighbours and quality was not skipped. Great service, good pricing, very clean job in a very dirty environment, absolutely awesomne crew, even saved a tree for my wife which meant more work around, for them. A+

Awesome. I was lucky enough to get Denis info from a friend and Denis came to install brand new AA furnace and tankless water heater. This was approx 2 years ago and today everything still works with no issues. Job was quick, not messy and professional and I highly recommend him

I called several top handyman on Homestars but only 1 called back same day. Rest never called back at all. Off all 5 I called, handyman connection was the only one that answered their call live on the spot and booked me on the spot, for the very next morning. How is that for great service! Rafael came on time (within 30 min window promised). Was professional. Worked hard. Clean. Job was well done. Handyman connection is lucky to have him because he represented them professionally and friendly and although these guys must have hundreds of calls and customers, you felt like they treat you with respect and like you matter. Great approach. The only thing that could be better is pricing at handyman connection, I paid a bit more than what I expected and see out there but if that is the cost of convenience and great service, I was happy to pay it for fast response and quality work.

I hired them to do my first visit whihc went great - I was told what to expect for government rebates and testing was done. When it came to final visit year or so later, they send a different guy that measured air pressure etc but could not tell me anything about results because he was not first guy nor had the info, he said. So I was not educated about anyhting, results were not shared at all and I received 2/3rd of what I was promised from government, and to this day I still dont know if they did the applications right given they had no clue nor could share with me, to this day (2 years later) the results of their "tests"

run! I paid for their promotion price to remove my junk. I was told I must book online. I did, using their available slots. Final screen said they will call me back. Never did. (I got call display and work on my phone, call waiting, vm all that good stuff.) They did not call for past 2 days and I scheduled for this morning online. So I called them - it says their phone is not in service! There is no other phone nationwide provided for them on their web site. I paid for the service upfront and never even got a call back. Judging by other reports here this is the standard operating procedure for them. Run!

Absolutely awesome. I hired Dimitri because of the reviews here. He did try to save me lots of money on tiles like he did for others, I just bought Home Depot tiles already and at much higher cost. His prices were much better! Dimitri came on time, did job as promised, charged as promised, cleaned up and gone out of his way to keep us happy. Top customer service, great prof work. Will hire again! You should too!
