After contacting several waterproofing companies, I was referred to Umbrella by a friend. My previous experience with other companies wasn't positive and I was very impressed with the service I received from Vlad. My home has an internal weeping tile system with a sump pump (installed by previous owners) however I still had water issues in the basement as a result of this brutal winter. Vlad took the time to explain to me the issues with my water issues, assessed specifically which cinder blocks were retaining water. Other companies had suggested tie in to internal weeping tile however this required extensive damage to basement (which is finished). Vlad explained in detail why the outside of the house needed to be addressed, his team worked quickly and efficiently and their clean up was excellent. I have no problem in recommending this company for any waterproofing issues you may have.
