NEW UPDATE: They told homestars that I was not a customer Nice ethics Meridian. Next they called me to ask that I give up all my rights to post on homestars anything about them in the future if they sent me a new molding and some touchup paint. That still leaves a list of defects that they haven't done anything about. The question was worded yes or no not inclusive of any other work that needed to be done.
Meridian windows installed 22 windows and 2 doors. The work done was sloppy and careless. Their response to me was it was good enough for them and that this was rough construction. They have done little to address my concerns of the outstanding items from the initial install. Their repair/warranty person came several times but nothing has been fixed or completed. They even said their installers would not come back as they felt they did a good job. Well if you like sloppy work they are your company. Basement window drainage is non existent. They buried a plastic pipe in the ground and called it acceptable. it is full of dirt so basically it does nothing. The front door outdoor molding has been drilled exposing the material below and again they say that is good enough. Front window casing over arched window installed but the joints don't match up. Again good enough for them. I have been ignored repeatedly for requests to fix these issues. I would stay away from these guys as they lack the skills to do a professional job.

HE CLAIMED THAT WE PUT DIRT IN HIS WINDOW WELL. BUT INSTALLER IN FRONT OF HIS EYES DUG OUT BACK VOLUME OF 5 BAG OF GRAVEL. AND HE HAD AGREED THAT HE WAS WRONG. BUT HE LIKES TO WRITE DIRTY STORIES. ALSO WE CAME SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE THIS PERSON POINTING AGAIN IN HIS IMAGINATION FOR SPECKLE HE HAS FOUND...
Today we had phone coversation with Brad Harvey.
We asked him very straightforward question three times: if Meridian will provide you casing for your arch and touch up paint as you had requested our Serrvice manager, would you withdraw all current complaints and will refrain from placing any new UNGROUNDED complaints with BBB & Homestars?
His answer was NO.
This means his attitude.
The only regret we have.... that we have this person as our customer.
