We had our windows replaced by this company. We live in a 90 year old home and replacing windows was not an easy task. These guys handled the project with care. It took them 2 days start to finish. Crew was professional and clean. Product seems to be of a good quality.

very pleased with ECOLINE, Put 25% down and had mid-winter installation completed in February. Good team and expert installation. My basement windows did not fit right. ECOLINE reordered and install the correct windows in a rush. We did not have to pay the balance until all was right.

Although we had an initial gap in communication with regards to scheduling installation due to our project manager being away, once it was worked out installation went extremely well! The crew was on time, courteous, and efficient. Despite installing on a cold day they seemed meticulous with their work and were very pleasant. They did an incredible clean up job and we are very pleased with our new windows. We have already noticed a difference in temperature in the rooms. Despite being a bit frustrated at first about install dates once we contacted the company they quickly rectified the problem, scheduled the install as soon as they could, were very concerned about customer service and apologized which we genuinely appreciated. So far we have no issues with the windows but the warranty is excellent so we are confident that we made the right choice. We would be comfortable recommending this company to potential customers.

We recently had 11 windows and a patio door installed by EcoLine Windows in our Calgary home. The attention to our recently painted and carpeted areas was very good. Some customizing was required as some window profiles were not the same as those removed such that inside trim would not cover the opening. The installation crew resolved this with some drywall patching .. They did a great job. All debri inside and out was removed. We would certainly recommend EcoLine Windows.

We had our 25 year old windows replaced with 8 new ones. The team was professional, knowledgable, and did a super job. They also made sure the rooms and lawn were totally cleaned before they left. One of the screens had a slight hole in it, and a new one was delivered the NEXT day by the supervisor, who personally inspected every window to make sure they were installed correctly. He also went over all the features and made sure we knew how everything worked.
