Skylights and Roof replacement - follow up.
I used Done Right to replace my skylights several years ago then had them back a couple of years ago to do the roof and replace my roof vents. Brilliant service and top quality work both times and would not hesitate to recommend them.
Sometimes thought it is not just how good the initial service is but how good the follow up is. During the winter following the roof installation we experienced some attic rain during the spring thaw due to changes in the roof venting. I contacted Done RIght and they were excellent to deal with. They didn't just abandon me but worked very hard to resolve the problem so that now I can report after a full year after that the problem is completely resolved.
Lots of companies out there to choose from but will all of them stand behind their work after they have been paid!
