The purpose of this review is to advise future customers to expect inconsistent company practices. As a family business the father and son team on the job were hard working, and open to ideas. The project we had done was satisfactory and completed on time.
The major problem was communication by phone with the third part of the operation, the mother, who made decisions about service requests and booked appointments. After the son came to take measurements for a second project we had a different experience. Several phone calls to follow up this service request were never answered or returned. We had to assume that our second project was not worth doing, not worth follow up and this was the company practice.
