A water pipe going into the hot water tank burst suddenly on Monday late afternoon. I called several places for emergency service, all would make an appointment for inspection and could not give a time when they could come as it was late. Public Plumbing was able to have a technician call me shortly. Although it was late, their technician, Vlad, made it to my house, inspected the problem and advised the pipes and valve need replacement. He offered a couple options, citing the pros and cons of each. The prices were reasonable. I am quite pleased with the workmanship and the professionalism and needless to say, it's a job well done.
