We have been renovating homes and residential interiors for over twenty-five years, our speciality being kitchen and bathroom renovations. Our extensive experience enables us to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality, which results in excellent value for our customers.


We are always open to discussion about specific details of a project and are willing to accomodate requests for changes or additions during the course of a job. We also do our best to build and maintain good relationships with our customers as we have found that a friendly environment greatly contributes to the successfulness of a project. We are just people working for people and our goal is to add something positive to the life of the people we work for.

    Andrew The Maximus

    Interior We hired Andrew and his team to carry out a large interior renovation at our house in September. Project scope pretty much touched everything inside the house. New maple floor, restaining the old floor, limestone, new kitchen, new baths, large skylight addition, moved walls, new windows, new door, new paint, new trim. We did it all. Despite permit delays Andrew pushed his team hard to get us in in time for Christmas. Like every renovation project, we had our fair share of surprises. And this is where Andrew really shined. Whatever the house threw at us, he helped us through it. We would like to introduce Andrew Hosie and his team to you. We would be more than happy to give you a personal tour of Andrew’s work at our house.

    Andrew made our vision come true

    Complete kitchen renovation & more We had a complete kitchen makeover done. Removed 2 walls, redid another, new window, new door, new cabinets, countertops and electrical. We also replaced the ceiling on the entire level and had everything painted. We couldn't have asked for better service. Andrew was very helpfull and friendly. He made sure everything was to our liking and if it wasn't, he redid it. He came through on all his promises and did a lot of extra for us. He was on time, clean and thorough and also very fair with his price. His product is exceptional and the workmanship impeccable. Will definitely have him back for more projects and would recommend him to others.

    Give yourself time. We ran into a few roadblocks that were not Andrew's fault at all, but it did require more time.

    NBKB- Awesome team!

    whole condo townhouse As first time buyers, we bought this old condo townhouse, and felt like to do some renovation to freshen up the whole house. We are lucky to have found Andrew and his team to do our renovation.
    We really appreciate Andrew coming in and starting right away in such a short notice, and even working during holiday season. Andrew is meticulous about each job, and flexible to changes. Although our project is relatively small, they still laid the same attention to our project as if it was a million dollar house. With the new flooring, new bath, new stairs, and new painting etc., the house turns out to be great! Much brighter and larger, exceptional makeover!
    We highly recommend North Bay Kitchen and Bath and will have them help with our next kitchen and basement project.

    Now the project is completely completed. We just want to say thank you again for a job well done! Your professionalism and efforts to keep us in the picture made the whole process run very smoothly.
    Andrew and his team was completely flexible and willing to do what is needed to get the job done, to our satifaction.

    Andrew is Mr. Dependable

    Gus from Playter Estates

    Complete interior renovation - Gutted inside and rebuilt. The job entailed completely gutting the interior of a 2 story roughly 1,500 sq foot home, re-wiring, re-plumbing, re-working the entire second and first floor, new kitchen, bath, flooring, insulation etc. Job was done on time and on budget - even though I made some changes to the second floor plan about 30% of the way into the project. Andrew is 100% reliable, easy to work with and does a quality job. He also worked very well with the company i had do the kitchen.

    Andrew Hosie made all our dreams a reality

    Todd and Lee Shelton in Downtown Toronto

    Whole house renovation and interior design Todd and I had purchased a century home in the downtown Toronto area that needed some serious renovations. We purchased because of the location and did not realize all the problems a hundred year old home could reveal. Simply put, the house needed everything: a full gutting from foundation to roof truss. From wiring and plumbing through to straightening the main roof beam this house reallyn needed a new life. Andrew and his company tackled everything with promptness and professionalism. He made us aware of the latest materials and technologies (he installed a tankless water heater) yet was sensitive to the heritage of the home. Where appropriate he was able to expose the history of the house and use it as a source of design inspiration. I think that is what we were the most impressed with. Andrew was able to see beyond walls and joists and envision a more open harmonious living space. At every corner his ideas made it so easy for us to make our choices and to do so with excitement and confidence. Andrew possesses both the qualities of an artist and a craftsman. We are very proud of the way our home looks and our guests are always in awe of what we have done. His company also was able to tackle all this and remain well within our budget. We are very happy to give our high recommendation of North Bay Kitchen and Bath.

    EXCEPTIONAL - NO SURPRISES!!!

    kitchen reno and bathrooms Andrew has done 2 projects for us. First Andrew and his crew renovated my old 60"s house to get it ready for sale.The work was done in a timely manner and on budget.The place was tidy during construction and that was great.
    Then we had Andrew build our bathrooms at a new house.We had a vague idea what we wanted and trusted Andrew enough to design the bathroom the best suit the house. It turn out just great.
    If there is another project, we are definitely calling Andrew and his crew.

    Andrew brought our vision to reality

    basement and two bathrooms renovations We were very fortunate to have Andrew and his crew to do our basement and two bathroom renovations. As I was pregnant at the time the timing and budget was very critical for us. Andrew was very knowledgeable about how to design our space without compromising our needs and original plans. He always recommended better and more efficient ways to reach our goals. It was very exiting to discuss our plans with him and even as they changed he stayed very flexible and understanding. Now we have to match the rest of the house to our basement's standard,but we are very confident that we can call on Andrew to do the job!

    Andrew was outstanding

    John in North Bay

    new flooring, ceramic tile in kitchen and bathroom, home renovations Andrew and his crew were terrific. They were very timely in their work, very clean and the workmanship was first rate. I would use them again in my next home renovation project without hesitation. I highly recommend them for your project..OUTSTANDING!!!!

    Andrew's crew were extremely efficient.

    Bathroom makeover Andrew was reliable, honest and showed attention to detail. No short cuts were taken and the job was reasonably priced. Our outdated bathroom looked fantastic when finished. I would gladly recommend this company to any one.
