BUYER BEWARE! They market themselves as professional but less than amateur work. They ruined our Duradek with over spray and then rubbed the finish off when trying to clean it! No drop sheets or ground prep done, DESPITE saying they would in the contract. On top of that they are not willing to repair it back to the condition before they wreck it! They have no experience and don’t care. They spray everything, our plants were covered as well, again no ground prep. Don’t engage them and spend the extra little bit and get real painters. They don’t manage the job and allot way too few hours which means they rush through and are not thorough. STAY AWAY! Jason Glass and Edward Leung of Victoria.

The price was great, the work was excellent, and the manager was very professional. They completed the painting of the exterior of our house in the amount of time quoted, and the painters did not mind my questions throughout. They have an excellent eye for detail and were able to correct existing, minor imperfections which I had previously not noticed myself, making a big difference on the overall appearance of my home. I'm very pleased with their work and I will be recommending this team to my friends and colleagues.

The painter Jon had started the work on a Friday about 3 weeks ago which was to paint the front door and garage door of our home. Included in the quote was cleaning up where needed and painting the trim, however, he said he would come back on the following Tues to complete the trim. Since he seemed honest enough, he was paid in full as he promised to return. He didn't return on Tuesday and has not returned any of our calls since. We are disappointed.

The big job was done very well in all aspects, prep work, cleaning, painting, and customer service. The sanding and scraping needed was done well, washing was also done very carefully. Very happy with result, will use again.

Jordan and his team of experienced painters were excellent. The customer care was very evident and job itself was outstanding. The price was very reasonable and my family greatly appreciate the work and will call him for future painting.

Prep of the house was to be completed in 2 days per quote. This "was" to include a powerwash with TSP, bleach & detergent, Scrape and Sand all areas to solid base, repair damaged caulking and putty. Full prime on all brown areas (our house was brown on the house, front porch, etc). The guys came in and said there wasn't enough time to powerwash, they barely scraped until the second day when my husband showed Ben Sun that scraping didn't happen. They were very sloppy with the painting as well. They did not use drop cloths. I have more to add but I've said enough. The positive i can say is that they are all very nice men. When i told Ben i was going to paint my window frames a 'yellow hue' he gave me a pint of yellow prime to put on the windows. (Free of charge b/c it was leftover from another job). I realize this was the rainiest summer on record. There for they were running behind. Ben had to come and finish the work "in order to make a profit" which he informed me that he "lost $300" on this job.. HOW?!?! they didn't even do 1/3rd of what they said they would!?!?
