Alex was very pleasant to deal with. Arrived at appointments when he said he would. His team was professional and they did a very thorough,neat job. We have had 3 heavy rains since the job was done in Aug 2020 and no more water leaks! They met my expectations.

I had a few foundation cracks in my unfinished basement (some were visible inside and outside) and Alex came out to take a look. He provided amazing customer service. I had other companies come out and try to sell me every product they possibly could just to take my money. However, Alex made me feel very comfortable and was extremely honest. He told me that the area of the crack was not a concern as it was located in the mechanical room area - I just had to monitor it for now and fix the crack (as it was not leaking) when I decided to finish the basement. The other cracks that were only visible from the outside, were settlement cracks at a corner and were just cosmetic. I definitely recommend Alex / the company for your foundation needs.

I was very impressed with Alex the first time I met him when he came to inspect my property to discuss the work. He was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done. His crew arrived Saturday and again on Monday. They finished the job and were very professional.

Alex, from City Wide Group was recommended for my waterproofing needs. I had rain water entering my cold room. Alex came in and did a thorough investigation of the issue and some additional tracing using infrared imaging to locate moisture areas in my basement. Alex then explained the options I could chose from. His crew was punctual and efficient. They excavated down to the footing by hand and replace the weeping tiles and waterproofed the exterior wall per the plan. The crew was very professional and tidy. They did and excellent job backfilling and re-doing the interlock. Alex came on site each day to supervise and check that the work was performed per the contract. He was also very patient with me and answered all questions I had.

I am satisfied with the work performed and would highly recommend City Wide Group to my network and anyone checking out reviews on this website. I am thankful my relative recommended Alex for the job.

The crew were amazing, hard working and always showed up on time. The job was completed in less amount of time predicted. Excavating was all done by hand which was amazing to watch their skill. Once the job was completed, they cleaned the surrounding area and left it in pristine conditions. There were no complaints from our neighbours! Alex was an absolute pleasure and was always available should we have any questions but there were none as the job was completed as planned. I highly recommend The Citywide Group Inc.!

Beginning with the estimate delivered by Richard, who was great at walking us through the process of repairing the crack in our basement foundation and to the actual repair. The crew was amazing ! I feel compelled to write this review. I was looking for a company to perform waterproofing, and a friend recommended City Wide. I contacted them and Alex (Vieira) showed up to provide me with a quote. I ended up selecting City Wide to do water proofing for my house. It was the right decision. They did an excellent job. It was done professionally, on time and on budget. What amazed me the most is that they didn't use any machines for digging. It was important for me, since I have an old, rickety house. I would recommend City Wide to friends and family without any hesitation.
