Many Thanks Original Review: The product I was sold by Chris was far different to what was initially installed. After seeing the completed work, I had some serious concerns (mainly the potential for ongoing leaking), and got back in touch with the organization to have those concerns addressed. Eventually repairs were made to the most crucial of concerns, however, they did not address the sloppy installation of the Delta MS membrane. This has resulted in a loss of basement space (extensive folding around corners) and will cause issues for basement refinishing. Significant use of caulking after the fact around potential future leaks seemed to take the place of correct installation from the outset. At this point I had to cut my losses and accept the work as there didn't seem to be another option. Generally the team appeared to work hard and tried their best, but it seems that they are working on a business model that prioritizes quick work over quality installation. I would have preferred if they had been afforded the chance to do the job correctly in the first place and wouldn't have minded if it had taken a few more days. Having to go back and forth with the organization over the course of two weeks was much more difficult.

We had them fix a wall from our basement and the concrete slab sitting on top. 1st they hired a bunch of unprofessional contractors that worked only 2-3 hours a day and didn't even wear hard hats or steel toe boots while breaking up heavy concrete. They entire stair leading to our backyard has sunk. And now there is cracked in the slab.... the slab because it was built incorrectly is leaking through below to the other wall and damaging that wall. They gave us a lifetime "warranty" but are refusing to come and do the work to fix the problems they caused. They also wants is to sign a full filament and release so they don't have to warranty the work anymore and it is the only way they will fix the work. Don't use this vendor. They are horrible, unethical, and very unprofessional.

We had a crack in our basement that was fixed many years ago but unfortunately it started to leak again recently. Called City Wide and Jamie came out to give us a quote. Communication with City Wide was excellent. Jamie gave us step by step what the repair entailed. They came out shorty after and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Both Jamie and Alex did an excellent job from start to finish. Jamie really takes an interest in his customers which is a refreshing change. After all the rain we have had lately, I am happy to say our basement has been leak free! Thank you Jamie and Alex.

We recently had our basement flood and called City Wide Group . Jamie came out and was able to come up with a plan to fix it.

City Wide addressed water issues in the basement that I had put off because I anticipated that the cost would be prohibitive. Casey the customer service rep came out and provided several options for addressing the water issues with the associated costs, which were reasonable. In order to do the work the air conditioner needed to be moved as well. The company arranged for this to occur at a reasonable price, which was included as part of the cost. Also, we had a fence door that needed to be taken down temporarily. The company used blueskin as one of the waterproofing barriers and so the work was able to be done just before Christmas despite cold temperatures. When investigating another company they used a waterproof spray which had temperature limits in that it could not be used below a certain temperature. The fellows came out and moved the air conditioner into the garage, dug the trench with shovels with minimal mess, moved the fence and dug below a deck. They encountered a surprise with old pool water lines that entered the house when the pool pump used to be in the basement. These were cut and filled with hydraulic cement. Following waterproofing, the eavestrough downspout was reconnected to the storm sewer, the fence was reinstalled and the site was restored into better condition that when they arrived. Shortly after the work was done we had a week of rain and had no water leaks. Customer service and the tradesmen were tremendous!

Basement was taking in too much moisture. City wide provided a reasonable quote and a quick turn around time. Workers were professional and friendly. Left the exterior pristine.

We discovered water in our basement and thought it might be ground water coming through the foundation. It was the weekend but we called City Wide and other companies. Jamie from City Wide was quick to respond to our call and came out on Sunday. After assessing the situation he helped us determine the problem was not likely ground water but the city water line. He suspected it had developed a leak and was causing a build up of water outside that was now coming through the cinder block foundation. Because it was not a foundation issue he suggested we call the City as well as a plumbing company. Jamie was great and gave us good advise even though it didn't result in a job for City Wide.

I had an issue with water in my basement after winter thaw and heavy rain. I called City Wide and other basement professionals to help me source the issue. City Wide was the only company to call back within 24 hours. Soon thereafter Tony came over to start investigating the potential issues. He had a plan in place that day with how they were going to proceed. This included the plan, potential reasons and written estimate of for the work. Tony and his crew were onsite a less than 2 weeks later to begin the work. The project required more work than initially thought, the issues were explained in detail and Tony had the next plan in place. Having to dig up the perimeter of your home is not fun experience but if I had to do it again, I would not hesitate to call Tony and his crew from City Wide. Great customer service, great work from the crew - they were hard working and always answered my questions to relieve some of my anxiety. Thanks again for job well done and I will recommend City Wide Group in a heartbeat!!
