We discovered that our home inspection quoted 30% knob and tube was actually closer to 100% {!!!] We knew that th reno was going to be extensive in our 2 story townhome, and needed someone who would be able to move quickly as we had not allotted enough time before we moved in.
We can't say enough good things about the folks at Java. Their quote was extremely detailed and competitive, delivered quickly, and they started within the week. Yunior and crew were an absolute pleasure. He took us every step of the way through the home, made useful and practical suggestions, was polite, thoughtful and courteous (which meant a lot as we were in the home during the renos), and left the place looking terrific (even doing a pretty darn good patching job after wards).
The home passed inspection with flying colours on the first go, which confirmed everything we suspected about Java - the work and their crew are absolute quality!
