We were happy with Mark's initial consultation to take measurements and bring carpet samples. Mark and his team were very respectful of our home and knowledgeable in providing advice and answering our questions about the carpets under consideration. The installers came when they said they would and finished up even sooner than expected, and we are very pleased with the outcome!
