My husband and I are absolutely delighted with our new carpet from Mark and Victorious Carpet Installation. Mark came by to give me a quote (which was accurate) and gave me solid and useful information about the carpet and underpadding that would best suit our needs and budget. We felt good about hiring them because we felt that Mark was knowledgable about his product.
Although we were price conscious, we agreed to go with a slightly more expensive underpadding because we felt that it was being recommended with purpose. We're glad we did; it feels great.
The installer was on time and the place was left clean. Somehow they managed to accommodate carpeting our difficult banister and ramp, and did a clean finish up against some tricky bathroom and kitchen tiling. The work was done to perfection, and we're confident that we made the right decision - the place looks wonderful!
