I decided to pull the carpet up in my 1929 home. I knew there existed hardwood under the carpet, but I also knew that the carpet installers had damaged the hardwood in some areas, and there were missing pieces in others. I also had a different stain in the kitchen, and dining room, so R.H. suggested I make the finish and stain the same throughout. I decided to take a chance and hired Restoration Hardwood.
