Jake was a very polite attentive fellow who reviewed the required quote observed the areas and suggested a similar pkg which saved me some money. From the get go he was great to deal with. He went about his task without issues. he did a great job of letting me know our progress and or challenges as we moved through the process. Notably he was here on time estimated the job duration and was spot on. I was very pleased with the results, very happy with the tech and his professional yet friendly communication style.
