Furnasman Heating and Air Conditioning

We spoke with Shane J. Very knowledgable. Purchased furnace, A/C, HWT & electric sub panel on Feb 4 and installed on Feb 5. Excellent service. Technician's were very polite and efficent, cleaned up wonderfully after themselves. They explained how the carbon filter worked and showed us how to change it. They eplained the thermostat and helped us set it to what we wanted. The heating difference in our home is so awesome and even. If the A/C works this good we will be extremely happy. Electrician came later in the day to install sub panel. Could have measured a little better as our cupboard door doesn't open all the way. Another 1/2 inch higher would have fixed this problem. Over all we are very pleased with the service we received.
