Appliance Surgeons

Temperature in fridge was not cold enough and frost was accumulating in the freezer so I called Appliance Surgeons. The receptionist was professional and courteous and was willing to check if the technician/repairperson could visit that afternoon but I opted for an evening time slot. Appointment was scheduled for 6-9.30pm, technician arrived shortly before 6.30pm. He took the time to explain the problem and was friendly and easy to understand. Price of the job was more than I expected but I feel it was worth it given the level of service and the fact that the parts/labour are guaranteed for two years. I would certainly use this company again and recommend to friends/family.
