I found the staff very helpful, and polite.
When they didn't know an absolute answer to something the girl asked the owner who was completely unpleasant and snotty.
Prices and selection are average.
Overall my experience was quite good, thank-fully (i would assume) the owner doesn't work out front to much, because I feel sorry for anyone who comes into contact with her.
